1. Acceptance of Terms:By accessing and using the services provided by Indian Pest Control, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided:Indian Pest Control offers various pest control services including but not limited to pest control, rodent control, termite control treatment, lizard control service, cockroach control service, fumigation treatment service, heat treatment service, sanitizing service, and export fumigation service. The scope of services will be detailed in the service agreement provided at the time of service booking.

3. Booking and Payment:Bookings for services can be made through our website, phone, or email. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Payment methods accepted will be specified during the booking process. Failure to make timely payments may result in service cancellation or additional charges.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling:Clients may cancel or reschedule their service appointment by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. Indian Pest Control reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions.

5. Service Warranty:Indian Pest Control provides a warranty for certain services, which will be detailed in the service agreement. The warranty covers the effectiveness of the service provided, and any re-treatment required within the warranty period will be carried out at no additional cost, subject to the terms specified in the service agreement.

6. Client Responsibilities:Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time of service. Clients must ensure that the service area is safe and free from hazards. Failure to provide access or a safe environment may result in service cancellation and applicable charges.

7. Liability:Indian Pest Control will take all necessary precautions to provide services safely and effectively. However, we are not liable for any damage to property or personal belongings unless it is proven to be a direct result of our negligence. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

8. Use of Products:Our pest control services may involve the use of chemicals and other products. Indian Pest Control ensures that all products used are approved and safe when applied according to industry standards. Clients will be informed about the products used and any necessary precautions.

9. Termination:Indian Pest Control reserves the right to terminate or refuse service to any client if the terms and conditions are breached, or if there is any inappropriate or unsafe behavior towards our staff. Termination of service does not relieve the client of their obligation to pay for services rendered up to the point of termination.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:Indian Pest Control reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

11. Governing Law:These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country]. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or the services provided will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa.
